On February 27, information from Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that up to now, 100% of administrative procedures (AP) have been established electronically, made public on the province's AP information system and synchronized with the National Public Service Portal.
In recent times, Nghe An province has actively implemented many solutions to improve the efficiency of providing and using online public services (optional). The province has reviewed and selected administrative procedures that are eligible for the implementation of full and partial administrative procedures.
The Provincial People's Committee has issued an action plan to improve the quality of infrastructure supply. Every year, the province implements a policy of reducing online application processing time to encourage people to use DVCTT. In the past, departments and branches have reduced the processing time for 812 administrative procedures, the total time cut is 2,117.5 days.
The province's TTHC settlement information system has provided 1,839 DVCTT, including 1,051 full-process public services and 790 partial public services. All 21 departments, branches, and sectors; 21 districts, cities, towns and 460 communes in the province have implemented TTHC settlement on this system.
To support the people, the province has established 460 commune-level community digital technology groups with 5,221 members and 3,793 village and hamlet-level groups with 18,093 members participating.
The province also promotes the reception of documents and return of administrative procedure settlement results via public postal service. At the same time, the province has put into operation the Electronic Data Management warehouse of individuals and organizations on the Information System for Resolution of administrative procedures, with the current storage capacity reaching 85GB.
These efforts aim to facilitate people and businesses in accessing and using DVCTT, contributing to promoting administrative reform and digital transformation in Nghe An province.
