On the afternoon of April 7, according to the reporter's records, on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway, the section passing through Dong Nai province, towards Ho Chi Minh City, the number of vehicles was crowded and congested for a long time.

At around 3:00 p.m. on April 7, a series of cars had an accident on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway through Cam My district, Dong Nai province, making the traffic jam serious.

The authorities have regulated and diverted traffic from a distance, Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway must temporarily close the section in front of the exit to National Highway 56 to reduce the load, vehicles move in the direction of National Highway 56, to National Highway 1 to return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway (near Long Thanh Bridge, Long Thanh District) has a line of vehicles stretching for many kilometers since the early afternoon of April 7. The authorities have regulated vehicles from National Highway 51 to reduce the load on this expressway.

Other national highways such as National Highway 1, National Highway 20 and National Highway 56 also recorded increased traffic volume.

The Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 (Department 6, Traffic Police Department) coordinated with the highway patrol force to be present at the scene, direct traffic and handle the accident.
