According to Lao Dong, the site clearance for the Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section of Ring Road 1 project, 2.2km long, through the three wards of O Cho Dua, Giang Vo and Lang, is in a key stage.
According to the direction of Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc, by December 15, O Cho Dua, Giang Vo and Lang wards must complete all site clearance work to implement the construction of the Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section.
In Lang ward, the government is mobilizing all resources to speed up the implementation progress. According to statistics, the total land area within the project's GPMB boundary through Lang ward is about 30,047m2 of land.
According to the representative of Lang Ward People's Committee, the Dam Bau - Dam Tron area is a complex area of land origin, identified as the most difficult when clearing land in Lang Ward.
"This area is originally agricultural land, the city has applied a special mechanism to consider resettlement arrangements. However, not all cases are eligible. The ward will continue to review, classify and carry out the recovery in the form of "sharing" with other areas" - said a representative of Lang Ward People's Committee.
For households on the La Thanh dike road subject to complete recovery, the city has also answered questions about the road opening boundary.
The local government divided into 3 working groups, mobilizing all forces to participate, sticking to the site regardless of holidays or weekends, with the determination to completely complete the land acquisition of all 597 households subject to site clearance for the Ring Road 1 project before December 15.
The remaining two localities, Coconut Market and Giang Vo, are also mobilizing all resources to speed up the progress of land acquisition and site clearance to implement the project.
On November 25, the People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward issued a notice requesting households that have received money and resettlement houses to strictly comply with the move of assets from the land acquisition address and hand over the site to the Hanoi City Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board for demolition and land acquisition to implement the project to build Ring Road 1 section Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc.
The site handover time is before December 5, 2025.
"If the households do not hand over the land within the above time, the Ward People's Committee will carry out the land extortion according to regulations. For any incidents of property damage during the demolition process, the family is fully responsible" - the announcement of the People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward clearly stated.
According to Lao Dong's records in early December, many households subject to site clearance for the Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc Ring Road 1 project are urgently moving their assets to hand over the site for the project.
