The Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units and localities to complete support for households affected by floods.
At the same time, support students from primary school and above in these households to buy books before December 2, 2025.
For cases where people live in boarding houses or rented houses but have not registered for temporary residence, the province agreed to support according to Decision 2192 dated November 23, 2025.
The recipient of support must have confirmation from the landlord and residential group; the commune police supervise to ensure honesty, objectivity, and avoid negativity.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also agreed to add support subjects for households affected by landslides according to Decision 2192, with a support level of 1 million VND/person.
The Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested to ensure the lives of households, not to let hunger or lack of housing occur.
The progress of the damage report is specifically regulated: Before 4:00 p.m. on November 29, 2025, send a damage report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; before November 30, 2025, send a list of households affected by landslides to the Department of Finance; before December 2, 2025, send a list of disadvantaged households that have not been able to stabilize their lives to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Khanh Hoa province assigned the task of completing the repair and reconstruction of houses for all cases of collapse, drifting or being severely damaged before the Lunar New Year 2026.
In the long term, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to complete before November 30, 2025 the consultation on policies to support production recovery and guide localities to count the damage.
Before December 1, 2025, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment must advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the Prime Minister for approval of the support budget from the Central Government.
According to statistics, the recent flood in Khanh Hoa killed 22 people, injured 20 people; collapsed 115 houses, damaged 922 houses. The total estimated damage is more than VND 5,747 billion, excluding property damage to people.
Khanh Hoa supports up to 60 million VND
According to Decision No. 2192 of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, households with houses that have collapsed, collapsed completely, or are no longer housing are supported with house building costs at the rate of 60,000,000 VND/house.
Households with flooded, partially collapsed, or severely damaged houses are supported with repair costs at the rate of VND 30,000,000/house.
