Initial cause of the factory floor collapse that killed 3 people in Binh Duong

By noon on April 17, the authorities of Binh Duong province were coordinating to verify and clarify the case of 3 people who died in the factory floor collapse accident.

According to initial information, the accident occurred on the same morning when workers came to work at Minh An Vina Company in KSB Dat Cuoc Industrial Park, Suoi Sau Hamlet, Dat Cuoc Commune, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province. The iron floor collapsed after workers removed the flooring posts (metal roofs). Seeing that, many workers ran outside together.

Some workers managed to escape, while 3 were hit by heavy objects. Of which, 2 people died at the scene, while Mr. T.V.L died on the way to the emergency room.

The deceased victims were identified as Mr. T.V.Q (born in 1986, from My Tu district, Soc Trang province); Mr. T.Q.T (born in 1989, residing in Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province); Mr. T.V.L (born in 1978, from Kien Giang province).

The police are coordinating with the prosecutor's office, the health sector and verification and investigation units to clarify this fatal accident.
