Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, has just signed to approve the list of subjects retiring early and quitting their jobs (within the time of settlement of the regime from March 1) due to the reorganization of the apparatus according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government.
Accordingly, 44 cadres, civil servants and public employees retired early. Of which, 37 cadres, civil servants and 6 public employees receive salaries from the state budget, 1 public employee receives salaries from career revenue sources.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment has the largest number of cadres, civil servants, and public employees who are allowed to retire early, which is 26 cases. Of which, there were 13 cases of civil servants working in forest rangers.
The Departments of Construction have 5 cases, the Department of Finance has 5 cases, the Department of Health has 1 case, and the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board has 1 case.
For the district level, Ninh Hoa Town and Van Ninh District People's Committee each locality has 4 cases of cadres and civil servants retiring before the age under the arrangement of the apparatus; Khanh Vinh District People's Committee has 1 case.
Regarding the case of termination of employment, there are 3 officials and civil servants under the Department of Construction. Among them, there are 2 inspectors of the Department of Construction and 1 deputy head of the department (formerly under the Department of Transport).
Of the 47 cases of early retirement and resignation, there were 17 cases of holding the positions of department head and deputy department head at the time of settlement of the regime. The oldest was born in 1964 and the youngest was 1981,
Along with the decision to approve the list, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province assigned the Department of Finance to appraise the budget estimate, advise and submit to the People's Committee to arrange funding to implement the regime and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees approved to resolve the regime and policies according to current regulations.
