On the afternoon of July 20, at the Hall of the Yen Binh Culture and Communication Center, a preparation session was held by the Yen Binh Commune Party Congress.
The admission session was approved by the election of the Presidium and the Congress Secretariat, and approved the examination of the status of delegate.

In particular, the opinions and solutions for diverse and quality development of the tourism, service and trade sectors, determined to make tourism an important economic sector of the province and improve the happiness index for the people of Yen Binh commune towards the goal of building a "happy commune".
The new point of this Congress is that for the first time the Organizing Committee has applied information technology and science and technology to organize the Congress.
Delegates will be able to study documents, data, and vote via phone, iPad, without using documents.
On the sidelines of the congress, activities displaying local OCOP product booths, soil painting exhibition space and Lao Cai people attracted a large number of delegates to visit.
With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the 1st Yen Binh Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will solemnly open tomorrow morning (July 21), at the Hall of Yen Binh Culture and Communication Center.
