On November 22, Mr. Man Phan and the relief team from Ho Chi Minh City arrived in Nha Trang. He and his team brought electricity so that people could charge their phones and call their families after the rainy and flood days.
Mr. Man Phan said that the floodwaters have receded, volunteer groups, rescue forces and the army have approached many isolated areas to support people.

When necessities are provided, electricity and internet waves become an essential need, helping people communicate, grasp information and call for support when needed.
The volunteer group drove a pickup truck, bringing electricity to each household. This act of kindness has brought peace of mind to many families after long days of anxiety.
