Previously, a video recording the fight spread on social media. In the clip, 4 people struggle and attack each other from the road to the sidewalk. In particular, a man wearing a helmet kept grabbing the girl's hair and scratching the girl in a pink shirt to the ground. At the same time, another young man rushed in to attack the man. Nearby, the elderly woman accompanying the man also had her hair pulled and struggled.
The incident occurred right in an area with many people eating and drinking, causing chaos in traffic and panicking surrounding residents.
