On January 9, Binh Thanh District Police are investigating a fight between a technology-based motorbike taxi driver and three traditional motorbike taxi drivers in front of Binh Thanh District Hospital.
Initial information, at around 9:40 a.m. the same day, a young man driving a motorbike with a license plate from Tien Giang province arrived in front of the gate of Binh Thanh District Hospital on Le Van Duyet Street (Ward 1, Binh Thanh District) to pick up a passenger.
Here, the young man had a conflict with a traditional motorbike taxi driver who was working in front of the hospital gate and the two argued and fought. While talking, the male motorbike taxi driver took out a knife and chased and threatened the other man.
After being stopped by everyone, the male driver took the passenger away. A while later, the male driver returned and continued arguing with the group of traditional motorbike taxi drivers. Then, the male technology motorbike taxi driver holding a knife and helmet and 3 traditional motorbike taxi drivers holding bamboo sticks about 1 meter long rushed into the fight.
Witnesses said that a male motorbike taxi driver had his helmet broken and a traditional motorbike taxi driver was injured after the fight.
Upon receiving the information, Ward 1 Police, Binh Thanh District arrived at the scene, coordinated with Binh Thanh District Police to establish a case file, investigate related subjects and seize many exhibits.
