With the aim of preventing and repelling the above situation, the grassroots police force has deployed many measures and creative propaganda models, thereby spreading positive awareness to students and parents in early and remote prevention.

One typical example is Thuong Xuan Commune Police (Thanh Hoa Province) carrying out legal propaganda work, raising awareness of students through the unit's Fanpage, with statuses attracting thousands of likes, shares and positive comments.

The posts have rustic content, close to life such as: "Children are the most valuable asset of both father and mother! No parent loves their children. It's 11pm, if there are any "assets" that haven't returned home, parents should call the children home! If you need the Thuong Xuan Commune Police to call for help, please contact us".

Or educational and witty status lines like: "You are polite, I am polite; you are a gangster, I report to the police. Seeing fights and gatherings causing disorder and violating the law - call the Commune Police!); "Young people here, Thuong Xuan Commune Police, tell me: If the phone rings, life will be miserable! If you don't work but want to eat, then just eat and regret... Let's go and study, work!

These familiar, fun but absorbing sharing lines have attracted thousands of interactions from parents, students and the online community.

Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, a representative of the Thuong Xuan Commune Police said that, implementing the direction of the Provincial Police on preventing and combating school violence, the unit has had many solutions to propagate and educate the law, including posting content on the Commune Police Fanpage.

"The posts were all self-composed by the commune police officers, then censored and submitted to the leaders for approval before being posted" - said a representative of Thuong Xuan commune police.

According to this person, propaganda on social networks has attracted the attention of local people, contributing to spreading positive values in the community, especially in raising students' awareness of law compliance.

Thanks to that creative form of propaganda, many stories of good people - good deeds are spread. In October 2025 alone, there were 4 cases of people picking up lost belongings and returning them to the owner. Many conflicts and minor conflicts between students and people were promptly reported to the commune police for quick and effective handling.

Helping students with symptoms of deviation

Another method being implemented by the Thach Binh Commune Police (Thanh Hoa Province) is to help students with signs of deviation from labor standards, supporting disadvantaged families in the locality.

Sharing with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, a representative of the Thach Binh Commune Police said: "In order to enhance meaningful and humane activities in education, helping young people with signs of deviation from standards and risk of violating the law, on November 2, the Thach Binh Commune Police organized a volunteer program to clean up and paint houses for households in difficult circumstances".

" implementing the plan of the Provincial Police on management, propaganda, and education of individual students, the commune police have developed a specific plan. Many violations are included in the management area, while children with minor violations will be encouraged to participate in volunteer activities for education, helping to change awareness" - the leader added.

Thach Binh Commune Police said that through volunteer programs, extracurricular activities, and sports exchanges with the police force, many teenagers with deviant behavior have somewhat recognized the value of labor and towards a more active and healthy lifestyle.
