The accident occurred at 11:00 p.m. on November 11 on National Highway 1 through Hai Lang Commune (Quang Tri Province).
At that time, Mr. L.V.D (31 years old, residing in Hung Nhon village, Nam Hai Lang commune) was driving a car with license plate 43A-462.xx traveling in the North - South direction.
When reaching Km775+100, passing through Thuong Xa village (Hai Lang commune), the vehicle suddenly lost control and crashed into the sign post on the right in the same direction ahead.
The strong collision caused Mr. L.V.D to die, the car was deformed and overturned on the road.
