According to initial information, at around 7:40 p.m. on November 5, a truck with a sealed box (license plate and driver unknown) traveling in lane 197 Hoang Mai Street (Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi) suddenly crashed into at least 3 motorbikes and 2 cars parked on the side of the road.
Not stopping there, the truck continued to crash into a woman riding a motorbike. This person was then taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
According to some witnesses at the scene, after causing a series of accidents, the truck did not stop but continued to flee towards lane 92 Mai Dong.


At the scene, the motorbike was lying around, severely damaged, the car was scratched and found in many places.
At around 8:00 p.m. the same day, the driver drove the truck to lane 785 Hoang Mai, then left the vehicle and fled.
Information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department - Hanoi Police) said that while fleeing, a truck crashed into a motorbike in front of the gate of Bach Mai Hospital (Giai Phong Street), injuring one person.
Currently, the authorities are searching for the truck driver who caused the accident.
