The leader of the Department of Transport of Binh Duong province said that currently, the investor (Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board) will divide the lanes in the construction area as the construction progresses.
A representative of the Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that to regulate the construction of this intersection, the board has submitted a traffic diversion plan and it has been approved by the Binh Duong Province Department of Transport.
Traffic diversion is being carried out on a part of My Phuoc Tan Van road to construct the pier base and the overpass pier of Binh Chuan intersection.
According to the Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, immediately after completing the traffic flow, the curved bridge section on My Phuoc Tan Van Street will be urgently constructed. At this time, traffic will be regulated through parallel routes 2 and 3.
Currently, the related locations are still stuck with site clearance. The Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Projects of Binh Duong province is trying to carry out site clearance to divert traffic and carry out construction.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong has a total investment of VND 19,280 billion. The Binh Chuan intersection alone started construction on June 29, 2023. This intersection project is 1.3 km long, including the expressway, bridge, underpass... with a total investment of about VND 571 billion.
According to records at the construction site, after more than 1 year of implementation, the overpass connecting to My Phuoc Tan Van road has basically taken shape. Meanwhile, the approach road is also quite clear, some sections have been filled with crushed stone. The working atmosphere at the construction site is quite busy. Binh Duong is at the beginning of the dry season, favorable for construction, so the units are speeding up the progress.
According to the report on the contractors' output, Dai Thien Truong Joint Stock Company has completed about 39% of the contract rate, and Thai Son Corporation has completed about 18% of the contract rate.
