    On the afternoon of April 15, talking with Lao Dong, Mr. Nguyen Quang Ba - Deputy Head of the Police Department of Nam Son Ward (An Duong District, Hai Phong) said that 10:30 am on April 15, the ward police received a notice from the masses about a abandoned baby, died in front of Quan Quan Pagoda gate (My Tranh residential quarter, Nam Son ward). The baby was placed in the box, wrapped outside the raincoat.
