At around 11:25 p.m. on November 14, local people discovered the body of a woman in the stone embankment area on the coast of residential group 2 Hai Phong, Vung Ang ward, so they reported it to the authorities.
Immediately after receiving the information, Vung Ang ward sent forces to the scene, conducted verification, protected the scene and served the investigation.
The authorities identified the body as a female, about 1.5m tall, wearing a yellow T-shirt and black pants. Some parts of the body have begun to decompose.
At 5:00 p.m. the same day, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of Vung Ang Ward Police said that the identity of the body had not yet been determined. The unit is still waiting to find the victim's relatives.
