Quang Ninh - Inspector of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province has punished the owner of the tourist ship for guests to play Pickleball on the deck falling to Ha Long Bay.

This afternoon (16.4), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh Province said that the Department's Inspectorate issued a decision to sanction the owner of the tourist ship owner Black Pearl QN-6699 amount of VND 12.5 million.

According to the sanctioning decision, the Black Pearl QN-6699 ships organized a Pickleball sport on the deck of the ship (the top deck), which endanger the life, the health of the practitioner and competition.

Notably, in the process of playing sports, a tourist fell into the sea while not wearing a life jacket.

In addition to the above fines, the aforementioned tourist ship owner is required to dismantle the entire tarpaulin to the pickleball playground on the ship deck after the incident occurred.

Earlier, a video spread on social networks recording the scene of tourists playing Pickleball on the deck of the tourist ship on the afternoon of April 14.

In a shadow saving phase, a man crashed from the deck to Ha Long Bay.

Many people after watching the video have expressed concerns about the safety of this sports activity on a tourist ship operating in the middle of the sea.
