However, there are still some establishments with violations such as: Mixing non-medicinal products with drugs in cases of additional business of cosmetics, functional foods, and medical equipment according to regulations. law.
Incomplete listing of drug retail prices at the drug sales place of the pharmaceutical business establishment; The person in charge of the profession of the drug retail establishment is absent during the operation of the establishment and fails to authorize his/her absence according to the provisions of law; Legal procedures as prescribed by law have not been completed.
The delegation has administratively sanctioned 7 establishments with a fine of 22 million VND and suspended 6 establishments due to not completing legal procedures according to regulations.
Along with inspection, the delegation also propagated and guided establishments in implementing legal regulations on business and retail of medicines.
