The investment project to build the Quan The Am Bo Tat Monument is implemented in Yen Tu ward, Quang Ninh province, on an area of about 2.56 hectares. Around the project implementation location is a special-use forest.
The total estimated investment is more than 125 billion VND, invested by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Quang Ninh province.
The project includes: Quan The Am Boat Monument Construction with an area of about 3,256.6m2; The holiday home area (6 houses) with an area of about 237.6m2; Technical infrastructure system and auxiliary items, such as yard, road, trees, water supply and drainage, power supply...
The number of people: monks and monks living and staying at the pagoda is about 15 people and about 550 pilgrims/day.
Notably, the Quan The Am Boat Monument consists of the base and the tower of the structure, in which the height of the lower base ( base +0.00) is about 14.85m; the height of the pedestal and body is about 34.07m.

The project uses reinforced concrete foundation materials combined with natural stone to create stability and stability.
The body of the statue uses Inox 304 steel frame structure, the outside is 5mm thick with copper, suitable for the aesthetic requirements of the project in climatic conditions of the area.
The goal of the project is to form a spiritual complex of the Quan The Am Buddha Monument connecting with pagodas (Hoa Yen, Dong Pagoda, Bao Sai, Van Tieu, Giai Oan...), Phat Hoang Monument and Truc Lam Cultural Center, combined with natural landscape to serve tourism development, serve domestic and foreign tourists to visit, research and learn about Truc Lam Zen and historical cultural features in Yen Tu, meeting the needs of cultural and belief in the new era.
According to the decision approving the 1/500 Construction Detailed Planning of the Quan The Am Boat Monument Construction Project, the investor must make the most of natural conditions, limiting the leveling that affects the landscape of the area.
