On October 8, the Enforcement Board of the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City (Kien Giang Province) enforced 6 cases of administrative violations in the field of land in Suoi Lon Hamlet, Duong To Commune, of which 1 case had an unidentified subject.

Enforced enforcement against Mr. M.D.T with an occupied land area of ​​1,307.4m2; Mr. N.V.P with an area of ​​1,407.1m2; Mr. L.X.A with an area of ​​1,033.5m2, Ms. D.T.T with an area of ​​207.3m2; Mr. L.B.T with an area of ​​168.2m2; organized the enforcement of the decision to force the implementation of remedial measures for cases where it is impossible to identify individuals/organizations committing administrative violations in Duong To commune, Phu Quoc city with an area of ​​960.2m2.

In addition to the decision to enforce the implementation of remedial measures, the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City forced 5 households to restore the original state of the land before the violation and return the occupied land area. In particular, Mr. M.D.T, Mr. N.V.P, Mr. L.X.A and Ms. D.T.T were forced to return the illegal profits gained from the land occupation, which was more than 300 million VND.

Since the beginning of the year, the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City has issued 63 enforcement decisions in the city, of which 21 cases have been enforced and 12 cases have voluntarily implemented the enforcement decision to hand over land areas managed by the state. The city is planning to enforce the remaining 30 cases in accordance with the law.
