Reporters' records on Hoang Quan Chi, Pham Van Bach streets and Cau Giay Park area show that many vehicles are still parked on the sidewalk, and are being guarded and collected by some subjects. In front of the entrances and exits of Cau Giay Park, the sidewalk is occupied as a place to sell goods and pick up and drop off passengers of many bus companies running on the routes Hanoi - Thai Nguyen, Hanoi - Thai Binh, Hanoi - Hai Phong...

A representative of the People's Committee of Cau Giay Ward said that since the implementation of the urban government model, the ward has regularly organized peak periods to ensure order and urban civilization. The authorities have cleaned up garbage and construction waste, cleared garbage collection points, encroached on traffic corridors; cleaned as much as possible, contributing to beautifying the urban appearance, building a civilized lifestyle, creating a clean and beautiful landscape for the people.
On Khuc Thua Du, Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Tran Thai Tong, Duy Tan, Thanh Thai, Hoang Quan Chi, Pham Van Bach streets and Cau Giay Park area, which are considered "hot spots" for sidewalk encroachment, many households have voluntarily removed roofs and advertising signs in violation of regulations. The situation of parking encroachment on the sidewalk has also decreased significantly.
After handling the violations, the People's Committee of Cau Giay Ward will hand over the area to the residential group, self-managed security team, local police and urban officers to maintain, manage and prevent recidivism.

During the implementation process, Cau Giay Ward Police played a core role, proactively coordinating with functional departments and offices to ensure security and order, increase patrols, strictly handle violations, and resolutely prevent them from recurring.
The ward police arranged vehicles and forces to support the campaigns; assigned security guards, local police and civil defense forces to participate in the working groups. At the same time, coordinate with the Urban Economic - Infrastructure Department to establish records and administratively sanction cases of recidivism to ensure deterrence.

A representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police) said that the unit has increased patrols, reminding vehicle owners to stop and park according to regulations, especially in the area in front of the gate of the National Hematology - Blood Transfusion Hospital where a large number of people come to see a doctor every day. "In the immediate future, the Traffic Police force will focus on propaganda and reminders, and at the same time resolutely punish cases of intentional violations," said a representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6.
