From July 18 to 19, the Party cells under the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hai Duong Ward (Hai Phong City) held the first Party Cell Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Attending and directing the Congress were comrades from the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the ward and Party Committee members in charge of each Party cell.
This is the first time that the Party cells have organized a congress in the context of local governments operating according to a two-level model, in line with the orientation of innovation of the organization and operation of the Party and the State.
The Congress was held solemnly, in accordance with the Party Charter and the instructions of the superior Party Committee; promoting the spirit of democracy, responsibility, and focusing on intelligence in building directions and tasks for the new term.
The work of preparing political reports has been carried out methodically by the Party cells, closely following the reality of each unit. The goals, targets and tasks are specifically identified, close to the functions and tasks; comments on draft documents of the upper-level congress are implemented in accordance with the process, ensuring democracy.
The success of the Congress of Party cells of agencies is an important milestone in political activities in Hai Duong ward, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to building an increasingly strong grassroots political system. This is also an important preparation step towards the first Hai Duong Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
