On February 8th, Yen Hoa Ward People's Committee organized a meeting to express gratitude to families with land and graves subject to site clearance to serve the Ring Road 2.5 project.
The Ring Road 2.5 project is a key traffic infrastructure project of Hanoi, playing a role in connecting major traffic axes, contributing to reducing congestion, completing the urban infrastructure network and promoting socio-economic development in the area.
In the process of implementation, site clearance is identified as a key task, because it not only directly affects the project progress but also relates to the rights, lives and spiritual factors of the people, especially the relocation of graves. In fact, many households still face difficulties in economic conditions and livelihoods.
Faced with those difficulties, the Party Committee and government of Yen Hoa ward have focused on implementing site clearance work in the spirit of publicity, transparency, and in accordance with legal regulations; and at the same time promoted mass mobilization, listening to and promptly removing arising problems.
According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Council, as of February 2, 2026 (December 15th of the lunar calendar), the ward has completed the relocation of 83 graves, 8 days ahead of schedule compared to the City Party Committee's requirements. This result shows the drastic involvement of the entire political system, the coordination of relevant units and especially the consensus and sharing of families with land and graves subject to site clearance.
Ward leaders acknowledged, highly appreciated and expressed gratitude for the spirit of responsibility, compliance with the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State of the households, thereby making an important contribution to helping the project to be implemented on schedule.
In the coming time, Yen Hoa ward hopes to continue to receive the support and coordination of the people in site clearance, resettlement and stabilization of life. The ward government is committed to continuing to accompany, listen to, and promptly resolve legitimate petitions of the people in accordance with legal regulations.
On the occasion of preparing to welcome the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, ward leaders presented gifts and sent wishes for health and peace to the families, with the desire to share and encourage everyone and every family to celebrate a warm and meaningful Tet.
