Quang Binh stops a series of teenagers from violating traffic laws at night

Quang Binh - The authorities have handled 118 cases of traffic law violations, contributing to ensuring security and order in recent times.

From April 18 to May 4, 2025, the Mobile Police of Quang Binh Provincial Police coordinated with criminal forces, traffic and local police to organize 17 patrols and controls on key routes and areas where the activities of Dong Hoi City Cultural - Tourism Week and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day took place.

The authorities mobilized 544 officers, soldiers and 4 dogs, made 154 violation records, temporarily detained 91 motorbikes and 37 driving licenses, and imposed an estimated fine of VND 375 million.

Of which, 118 cases were teenagers with major violations such as not having a driver's license, not wearing a helmet, driving underage, carrying more people than the prescribed number, not having a license plate...

Thanks to drastic measures, the security and order situation in Dong Hoi has changed positively. The authorities said they will continue to patrol, combine propaganda and education to raise legal awareness among young people.
