On June 8, according to information from the Quang Ninh Provincial Steering Committee for Exams, the preparation for the 2026 high school graduation exam in the province has been basically completed, ready for the exam.
The whole province arranged 39 exam sites, located in 29 communes, wards, and special zones, with 880 exam rooms for 20,775 candidates.
About 2,500 officials, teachers, and staff participating in the exam organization have been reviewed for standards and conditions; professional training, thoroughly grasped exam regulations and personal responsibilities in each stage of work.
17 working groups of the province inspected all 39 exam sites and related locations.
Through inspection, the exam sites basically meet the requirements for facilities, exam rooms, functional rooms, areas for preserving exam papers, exam papers, surveillance camera systems, electricity, water, communication, fire prevention and fighting, health and conditions serving the exam.
Through review, the whole province has 830 students who need to be cared for and supported during the exam period, concentrated in mountainous areas, border areas, islands and places where students have to travel far to the exam site.
In which, the Nguyen Trai High School exam site, Tien Yen commune has 209 students in need of support; Binh Lieu High School, Binh Lieu commune has 124 students; Ba Che High School, Ba Che commune has 86 students; Quang Ha High School, Quang Ha commune has 47 students; Tran Phu High School, Mong Cai 2 ward has 42 students and some other exam sites.
Localities have developed support plans for each student, each need and each focal point for implementation.
In which, 652 students were supported with travel, trains and buses; 687 students were supported with food and drinks; 358 students were arranged accommodation; 331 students were supported with funds, cash or other necessary conditions.
The whole province is focusing on the exam organization phase with the requirement to ensure security and safety, not to let errors occur at all stages; organize the exam seriously, objectively, fairly, in accordance with regulations and protect the legitimate rights of candidates.
