    Quang Ninh - Quang Ninh is preparing to start a series of transport projects at the end of December, with a total investment of more than 10,500 billion VND.

    These include new transportation projects, such as: Cua Luc Bay Road Project extended from Tran Quoc Nghien (Foat of Bai Chay Bridge) through Binh Minh Bridge to Bang Bridge (about VND 2,618 billion) and Cua Luc Bay Northwest Coastal Road Project (about VND 2,860 billion).

    On this occasion, Quang Ninh province also started upgrading and renovating a series of other key traffic routes to expand inter-regional and inter-provincial connections.

    Including the project to renovate National Highway 4B, connecting Quang Ninh with Lang Son.

    National Highway 4B from Lang Son province to Quang Ninh is about 102.9km long. Of which, the section in Quang Ninh province is 25.7km long, with the starting point at Km80+00 in Dien Xa commune (the border between Lang Son province and Quang Ninh province) and the end point at Km107+00 in Mui Chua Port area, Tien Yen commune, Quang Ninh province.

    The current status of this route is a grade 4 mountainous road, with a roadbed width of 7.5m; road surface width of 6.5m.

    To facilitate traffic connections between areas in Quang Ninh province as well as Lang Son province, Quang Ninh province invests in renovating and upgrading National Highway 4B from a grade 4 mountainous road to a grade 3 plain and hill road, with a design speed of 80km/h.

    The total investment capital of the project is 1,804.24 billion VND, from the budget, of which about 380 billion VND is for compensation and site clearance.

    Along with that are projects to upgrade National Highway 10, connecting Hai Phong with Quang Ninh; Song Chanh bridge and provincial road 342...

    Since the beginning of 2025, Quang Ninh has also started many important traffic projects in mountainous areas, remote areas - where the terrain is still difficult and the need for connectivity is very high.

    These are projects to renovate and upgrade provincial road 330 from the old Ba Che district to provincial road 342 (total investment capital of VND 990 billion); construction of provincial road 327 (VND 580 billion); upgrading provincial road 345 connecting Bac Ninh (more than VND 350 billion)...
