    On October 20, the Department of Transport of Phu Tho province issued document No. 3270/TB-SGTVT, announcing the adjustment of traffic flow and organization through Trung Ha bridge at km64+639, National Highway 32, Phu Tho province.

    Accordingly, from 4:00 p.m. on October 20, trucks (3 axles or more) and passenger cars with more than 29 seats are prohibited from traveling through Trung Ha Bridge; people and other vehicles are allowed to travel through the bridge, with a maximum speed of no more than 20 km/h.

On September 14, the Department issued an additional notice allowing motorbikes, scooters, electric motorbikes, and rudimentary vehicles to travel through this bridge.
