Hanoi - In O Cho Dua ward, there are 16 plans approved for compensation but people have not yet handed over the site for the Ring Road 1 project.

On December 7, Supervisory Delegation No. 13 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee worked with the Standing Committee of the O Cho Dua Ward Party Committee on a number of key topics.

The report shows that O Cho Dua ward has proactively reorganized its apparatus since switching to the two-level government model, synchronously implementing work programs in a methodical, scientific and practical manner, with the work of assigning tasks to ensure clear people, clear work, and clear responsibilities.

Regarding the results of implementing key topics, the ward has achieved many outstanding achievements in administrative reform, demonstrated by the fact that the Ward People's Committee received and processed 7,567 records from July to November 2025, with the rate of online records reaching 74.56% and the record settlement results reaching an on-time rate of 99.73%. In particular, the people's satisfaction index with the quality of administrative procedure settlement reached the absolute level of 18/18 points on the National Public Service Portal.

Among the projects under implementation, the Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section, is a large-scale key project. To date, the ward has approved all 591/591 plans, and has arranged 292 resettlement apartments for eligible households.

Regarding site handover, the ward has handed over 478/591 plans, reaching 80.87%, an increase of 302 plans compared to the time of receiving the handover of documents in July 2025.

As of December 7, 16/591 plans had decided to reclaim land and approve compensation plans, but the people had not yet handed over the site.

The Standing Committee of the O Cho Dua Ward Party Committee is focusing on directing and drastically speeding up the progress, committing to the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee to hand over the site before December 15, 2025.

In general, the ward's socio-economic situation in 2025 has many positive changes, especially in the fields of budget collection, urban management, administrative reform, culture - society and caring for people's lives.

O Cho Dua ward has been urgently disseminating and reviewing to overcome 5 major bottlenecks of the city according to the direction of the City Party Secretary, including: Traffic, drainage, urban order, environmental sanitation and food safety.

Regarding the direction in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the O Cho Dua Ward Party Committee determined that it is necessary to focus on leading and directing the synchronous implementation of 7 comprehensive breakthrough solutions with strong innovation.

In particular, a breakthrough in the model of smart urban governance and comprehensive digitalization of operational activities, through the completion of digital infrastructure; a breakthrough in improving urgent bottlenecks of people's lives with the "4 in 1" interconnected management model; a breakthrough in land management, construction order and site clearance; promoting digital skills training for cadres and people, while tightening discipline, administrative discipline and strengthening inspection and supervision...
