Initial information, at around 12:30 on November 20, at the opening point of km 47+300 of National Highway 10 in Viet Tien commune, Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong, a traffic accident occurred.
At this time, the motorbike was driven by L.Q.A (born in 2009, residing in Vinh Quang village, Tan Lien commune, Vinh Bao district), carrying his friend P.V.Q (born in 2009) sitting behind him, going from Thai Binh to Hai Phong. At the above opening point, the motorbike collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. D.V.N (born in 1960) going in the same direction in front, turning left through the opening point.
As a result, Mr. N and his nephew Q were injured. Test results showed that Mr. N violated the alcohol concentration of 87.57 mg/dL. Currently, the police agency is continuing to investigate and handle the case according to regulations.
Also at noon on November 20, the Traffic Police Department; Mobile Police Department (City Police), Vinh Bao District Police and Hai An District Police deployed to control alcohol concentration on roads in Vinh Bao District. As a result, the working groups discovered and issued fines for 11 cases of drivers violating alcohol concentration, including 9 cases of motorbike drivers, 1 case of car driver and 1 case of bicycle driver.
