From December 10 to 15, 2025, the People's Committee of the ward will enforce all 357 households that have not yet handed over the site.
According to regulations, enforcement will only be carried out until 10:00 p.m., the ward recommends that the City allow enforcement overnight to complete a large amount of work.
The ward also recommended that the Department of Construction soon issue a Decision on selling the house so that the Ward People's Committee can take steps according to regulations, ensuring the project's progress. For cases of housing difficulties but not eligible for resettlement, the proposal to buy social housing must not go through document approval.
Concluding this content, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Luu requested the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board and the investor of the Ring Road 1 project to focus on working day and night with the locality to complete this important political task.
Mr. Luu requested the Department of Construction to promptly issue decisions to sell houses to serve the site clearance work, it is impossible to enforce without arranging houses for people.
The volume of site clearance work in Lang ward is very large, the countdown time is only 6 days, requiring all professional departments and wards to consider this as a common task, working together to complete the work in accordance with the direction of the City Party Secretary.
