On July 18, a phone message was received to inform about traffic order and safety, reporting that Viet Hung passenger car, Hung Yen - Bien Hoa route, license plate 34F-008.39, had signs of overloading passengers, causing serious insecurity. According to this message, passenger vehicles are located in the corridor, not ensuring safety conditions when traveling long distances.
The message was immediately sent to the traffic police on the route. At 5:00 p.m. the same day, Quang Tri traffic police stopped and inspected the car with license plate 34F-00839, discovering that the number of people allowed to be carried was 34, the total number of passengers on the car was 49, carrying more than 15 people.

The traffic police team of Team 7 drew up a record of administrative violations for carrying people on the vehicle in violation of regulations, violating Point p, Clause 5, Article 6, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP.
