At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Bui Quoc Khanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police - presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Bui Duc An (born in 1975, hometown Nam Dan district, Nghe An province) - Head of the Department of Environmental Crime Prevention and Control in the fields of health, food safety, and tourism services (Department of Environmental Crime Prevention and Control Police) - to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police from October 10, 2024.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police, Colonel Bui Quoc Khanh congratulated Colonel Bui Duc An on his recent transfer and appointment to the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; hoping that Colonel Bui Duc An will continue to strive, unite, promote his capacity, strengths, and work experience to join the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the leadership of the Provincial Police to successfully carry out the task of ensuring security and order, building the Soc Trang Provincial Police to be truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Bui Duc An - Deputy Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police - thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee for their trust and the attention of the Party Committee and leaders of Soc Trang Provincial Police.
