The accident occurred at around 7:30 p.m. on April 15, at the foot of Binh Bridge, Provincial Road 359 in Hoa Dong Ward, Thuy Nguyen City.
At this time, a motorbike driven by Mr. N.X.C (born in 1998, residing in Quynh Phu, Thai Binh) was traveling from Binh Bridge to Tan Duong intersection when it collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. N.P.H (residing in Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong) traveling in the same direction.
As a result, Mr. H was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. At 11pm the same day, the victim died.
The authorities checked and showed that Mr. H had an alcohol concentration. Regarding the cause of the accident, it was initially determined that the fault was due to driver N.X.C not paying attention.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
