The accident occurred at around 11am on October 18 at the intersection of NE8 and DK5A, in My Phuoc 3 residential area, Thoi Hoa ward, Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province.
Initial information, at the above time, people heard a loud noise at the intersection of NE8 and DK5A.
When people ran out to check, they discovered an accident between a motorbike and a tricycle right at the intersection. Two people were injured and lying on the road.
The accident resulted in the death of the tricycle driver, L.G.P (born in 1981, from Ca Mau, currently living in Thoi Hoa Ben Cat ward, Binh Duong) at the scene. The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries. The incident was later reported to the authorities.
Upon receiving the news, Thoi Hoa Ward Police were present to block off the scene.
At the scene, the cargo tricycle was overturned, with its cargo strewn across the road. The victim’s body was lying next to the tricycle. The motorbike was slightly damaged.
At 11:40, Ben Cat City Police were present at the scene to conduct an investigation to clarify the accident.
