On the evening of December 9, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Tri Province Police announced that it had issued a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen An Bao Chinh (born in 2007, residing in Ba Don Ward). The detention was temporary for investigation and clarification of the fight that led to the death of one person at a bida restaurant in the area.
On the same day, the People's Committee of Ba Don Ward (Quang Tri Province) said that victim P.A.Q (born in 2008, residing in Ba Don Ward) died after a fight at a bid restaurant in the area. Q's body was taken home for funeral arrangements.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on December 8, a clip appeared on Facebook recording a photo at a bid restaurant, a young man suddenly rushed in to attack another person.
The two then fought right next to the bida. During the fight, Q climbed onto the table, fell down and lay motionless.
The People's Committee of Ba Don Ward said that the incident occurred on December 7 at a bid restaurant in the area.
