On the morning of November 12, the People's Committee of Truong Son commune (Quang Tri province) said that a rock weighing several tons suddenly fell onto the road.
According to initial information, at around 10:00 p.m. on November 11, a rock about 1.5m long; 1m high; 1.5m wide; weighing several tons suddenly rolled down the cliff to the Western branch of Ho Chi Minh Road, through Hong Son village (Truong Son commune).

At the time of the incident, there were no people passing through this area, so fortunately there were no human casualties. A large rock is partially blocking the road, causing vehicles to move slowly and be very careful when passing through this section.
Upon receiving the news, the authorities arrived at the scene, stretched warning ropes, instructed people to travel safely and coordinated with the road management unit to plan the relocation of the rock.
