    Previously, at 16:30 on 8.2, Hoa Hiep Nam Border Station (Border Guard of Phu Yen Province) received the news from Mr. Truong Van Loc (33 years old, resident of Dong Hoa town) on the discovery of fishing vessels The number of Jyncay N07 drifted into the waters of Hoa Hiep Bac ward, on the train with 4 workers.
