Towards the 70th anniversary of Vietnam Electricity Industry's Traditional Day (December 21, 1954 - December 21, 2024), the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) organizes the Customer Appreciation Month 2024 program with many community-oriented activities under the theme: "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively".
The subjects of customer appreciation activities are all EVNCPC electricity customers - people, businesses, production and business units, state management agencies...
To promote flexibility, creativity and suitability to the local situation, EVNCPC assigns units to proactively implement, ensuring efficiency, savings, and suitability to the purpose and requirements of the program, including the following key activities:
Focus on ensuring safe and stable power supply and improving customer service quality.
Organize customer conferences to listen to customer feedback, answer questions, and advise customers on safe, economical and efficient use of electricity.
Gratitude, gifts, and thanks to industrial production customers and large electricity consumers who have actively participated and coordinated with the Electricity unit to adjust non-commercial electricity loads, shift production to off-peak hours... in 2024, especially during the hot season.
Deploy new power supply programs, support repair, inspection, maintenance, free consultation and guidance on customers' electrical systems; ensure safe, economical and efficient use of electricity.
Free installation of meters, cleaning of transformer stations for businesses, support for testing of customer transformers.
Strengthen guidance and communication to customers about safe, economical and efficient use of electricity in daily life and production through channels (Direct conferences, consulting via customer care hotline, App, web, text messages, coordination with mass organizations, political - social agencies...).
Repair and install new electrical systems for poor households and policy families; support poor households and policies to replace lighting with energy-saving LED lights.
Organize activities to honor typical participants in the programs "Energy-saving households", "Green families"...
Coordinate with banks, payment intermediaries, and partners to jointly implement diverse customer care activities through forms such as giving gifts, bonus points, vouchers for preferential services, etc.
Organize and implement social security activities, towards the community: Coordinate with the local Youth Union to implement the program "Lighting up the countryside"; visit, give gifts, show gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; support poor households, lonely elderly people without support, policy families, orphans in difficult circumstances, families affected by storms, floods, natural disasters, etc.
