According to the announcement of the conclusion of the working session of the Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee receiving citizens of CT6 apartment building, Vinh Diem Trung Urban Area (Vinh Ngoc commune, Nha Trang City) on October 3, the citizens requested clarification of 5 contents.
In particular, it is proposed to clarify the amount of maintenance fund and operating fund of the Management Board that the Management Board of CT6 apartment building for the 2021-2024 term arbitrarily withdrew and used nearly 6.3 billion VND; clarify the responsibility of who is responsible for the loss when withdrawing early for the amount of nearly 385 million VND.
Recommend that the competent authority inspect all finances of the Board of Directors for the 2021-2024 term according to Decision 53/QD-UBND headed by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son and Decision 1650/QD-UBND headed by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bach. Recommend that drainage, wastewater collection, fire prevention and fighting items... are degraded and not regularly maintained.
Recommend directing agencies to organize apartment building conferences to elect a new apartment building management board to manage and operate the apartment building safely and effectively.
Based on citizens' opinions and the content of the proposed reports of the city's professional units, the Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee concluded: Acknowledging the content of the opinions and recommendations of citizens L.T.H.V, H.C.D, N.X.H at the meeting with related citizens.
Nha Trang City People's Committee assigned the Urban Management Department to preside over and advise the establishment of an interdisciplinary inspection team to organize an inspection of the maintenance budget for CT6 apartment building.
On that basis, report the results of verification and inspection and advise the City People's Committee to resolve or transfer to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to legal regulations.
Assign the People's Committee of Vinh Ngoc commune to preside over and coordinate with the Management Board of the apartment building for the 2021-2024 term to propagate and mobilize owners and users of the CT6 apartment building to participate in the extraordinary apartment building conference to elect the new Management Board of the CT6 apartment building for the term with responsibility, good awareness and meeting the requirements of the apartment building collective to represent the residents and coordinate with the authorities to resolve the remaining problems and difficulties in the CT6 apartment building. Report the implementation results to the City People's Committee before October 20.
Assign the City Inspectorate to urgently inspect, verify and report, advise the City People's Committee to resolve the complaints that have been accepted according to Notice No. 838/TB-UBND dated May 29.
