On March 8, Huong Ban Company Limited (in Loc Son Industrial Park, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong) dismantled the illegal construction.
This demolition is carried out in accordance with Decision No. 357 dated February 20, 2025 of the People's Committee of Bao Loc City on forcing the Company to remedy the consequences of violating works.
Accordingly, under the supervision of the Lam Dong Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, Huong Ban Company is dismantling a factory with an area of nearly 783m2.
This project has a steel frame structure, corrugated iron roof, and concrete foundation, completed in 2019. This is an unlicensed construction under the safety corridor of the 110kV power grid.
Recorded on the same morning, Huong Ban Company mobilized many workers, along with equipment and machinery to dismantle the factory area of nearly 783m2. The company also moved equipment, lines, machinery and assets out of this factory.
The demolition of this factory project was closely monitored by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province and recorded in a record upon completion.
It is expected that the demolition of illegal construction works at Huong Ban Company will be completed in the next 4 to 5 days.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper published an article "Clarifying illegal construction in industrial parks", reflecting that Huong Ban Company violated the use and construction of works in industrial parks, including the construction of houses.
