Through investigation by PV, it is known that the above incident happened on December 11 in Ha Dong district, Hanoi.

At around 9:45 p.m. the same day, the Task Force received a report from the people that 3 men were beating 1 person after a traffic collision on To Huu Street, and that the Police were in dire need of support and handling.
Upon receiving the report, Captain Nguyen Van Khoa immediately informed the Head of the working group for support and went to the scene of the incident as directed by the reporter.
At the scene, traffic police discovered a young man holding a wooden stick, threatening another young man, whose face was injured and bleeding.
Captain Nguyen Van Khoa then joined the people to stop the fight, temporarily detained the people and related evidence.
"The unit's officers arrived promptly upon receiving the news. The working group then worked with local people to take the injured person to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Through the incident, we would like to advise people that in the process of participating in traffic, if unfortunately conflicts or collisions occur, the parties must restrain themselves to resolve the matter or report to the police, and should not have uncontrolled words or actions, leading to unfortunate consequences," Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Captain of Traffic Police Team No. 7 informed.
