Recently, the Hanoi City People's Council of the XVII term approved a list of 3,133 works and projects for land recovery to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests in the city in the period 2026 - 2030.
According to the approved list, in Viet Hung ward, it is expected to recover 66.889ha of land to implement many transportation projects, build schools, transformer stations, inland waterway ports, and pumping stations.
Among these, there are 26 transitional projects according to the Resolution of the City People's Council in 2025 and 1 newly registered project.
Among them, up to 13/27 are new road construction projects.
In addition, there are some school projects such as: Building a secondary school in planning cell C.2/THCS; Building a primary school in planning cell B.1/TH1; Building a primary school in planning cell C2/TH.
