On November 14, Mr. Nguyen Viet Nam, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bao Loc Ward 1 (Lam Dong) said that the unit had signed a decision to reclaim the 25,400.000m2 land area belonging to a part of plot No. 69, map sheet No. 21 of Hung Hau Company.
The revocation is to implement the investment project to build the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway under the public-private partnership method, phase 1, through Bao Loc ward 1.
The recovered land area originated from the People's Committee of Lam Dong province leasing land to Hung Hau Company to implement an aquaculture and agricultural product purchase and processing project in Decision No. 1855/QD-UBND dated July 19, 2021.
The Hung Hau aquaculture and agricultural product purchase and processing project has a total area of 97.6 hectares. Of which, the land area around the lake is 31.2 hectares, the water surface is 58.4 hectares, the land area for highway planning and power grid safety corridor is 8 hectares...
Of which, the land area included in the construction planning of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is 25,400.000m2 and has now been decided to be reclaimed.
