Along with the flag-raising organization, soldiers in Truong Sa watched the Commemoration Ceremony, parade, and parade to mark the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day through television screens.
Previously, on the evening of April 29, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Khanh Hoa Radio and Television Station in coordination with the Navy Region 4 Command organized an art program with the theme "Truong Sa vitality" taking place at Cam Ranh port (navy Region 4).
The program consists of three chapters: The history of Truong Sa, Truong Sa today and Truong Sa Steadfastness - the heart of the East Sea, with the participation of more than 300 soldiers, singers, actors and historical witnesses of the liberation day 50 years ago.
In addition to the art section, the program combines humane and touching stories between veterans, doctors, fishermen, families living in Truong Sa, the heroic and resilient history of the army and people of Truong Sa in the process of fighting, protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands and building Truong Sa.
