On June 17, information from the authorities said that the victim was found at 4:30 p.m. the same day, in the deep water area of Tuyen Lam Lake, Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area, Ward 4, Da Lat City, Lam Dong.
Previously, at 1:45 p.m. on June 16, Mr. V and a friend went to Tuyen Lam Lake to fish. While fishing, the two were swept away by water from a stream upstream into the lake.
Those present at the scene discovered the incident and saved Mr. V to safety. Mr. V was swept away by the water and went missing.
After receiving the report, the functional forces of Lam Dong Provincial Police were present at the scene, organizing the search for the victim.
