The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hai Duong province has announced the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on reorganizing specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment into the Department of Agriculture and Environment; the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee stipulating the position, functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; decisions on reorganization, merger and consolidation of units under the department and decisions on personnel work of departments and units under the department.
According to the Decision of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, regarding the organizational structure, the leadership of the Department of Agriculture and Environment includes a Director and no more than 3 Deputy Directors.
