On the afternoon of July 20, Lieutenant Colonel Le Dinh Chuong - Head of Tuy An Nam Commune Police, Dak Lak Province informed about a particularly serious traffic accident that killed 3 people in the area.
Previously, at around 7:00 a.m. on July 20, at km1319 of National Highway 1A, in Phu Long village, Tuy An Nam commune, Dak Lak, truck 29H-996.02 driven by Mr. Tong Van Dung (born in 1981, residing in Viet Yen ward, Bac Ninh) stopped to park in the South - North direction to stop by the restaurant for breakfast.
At this time, motorbike 78H1-244.92 driven by Ms. Nguyen Thi B (born in 1962, residing in Hoa Da village, Tuy An Nam commune, Dak Lak) was carrying two biological grandchildren, Nguyen Hong Khanh L (born in 2009) and Nguyen Hong Anh L (born in 2016) traveling in the same direction when it suddenly hit the back of the left side of the truck 29H-996.02 parked in the same direction in front.
After the strong collision, Ms. B died on the spot. The two victims Khanh L and Anh L were taken to the emergency room by local people and authorities. However, both of them did not survive.
Tuy An Nam Commune Police quickly arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation of the scene.
On the other hand, Tuy An Commune Police also coordinated with local authorities to visit, encourage the victims' families and arrange forces to support the families in arranging funeral arrangements for the victims.
Before that, all 3 of them went to the breakfast party and were on their way home. The family only has 2 grandchildren.
The cause of the accident is being investigated by Dak Lak provincial authorities.
