A series of schools in Ho Chi Minh City call for exchange of flowers on November 20 into scholarships and gifts for students
On November 12, Le Minh Xuan Secondary School (Binh Loi commune) announced that it would not organize receptions for guests, would not accept flowers or gifts to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025).
According to the school, this work is to implement the policy of practicing thrift and combating waste.
Thu Duc High School (Thu Duc Ward) also sent a letter of thanks, calling on parents and benefactors to instead of giving congratulatory flowers, they could convert them into scholarships for students in difficult circumstances or contribute to support people affected by storms and floods. HCMC officially announces the re-division of the My Phuoc - Tan Van lane

From November 14, the organization of lane division on the My Phuoc - Tan Van route (from Binh Thang intersection to Phu Loi street and from Dien Bien Phu street to Vo Van Kiet street) will be adjusted as follows:
The road network near the road median strip is organized for all types of cars to circulate;
The route between the organization for cars and passenger cars with less than 25 seats, buses, trucks under 3.5 tons in circulation;

Organizing enforcement of 15 cases to build a road connecting Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway
On November 12, the People's Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward (HCMC) organized the compulsory land recovery for 15 cases in the area to implement the component project of 3 roads connecting Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway (also known as the main road of Vung Tau).
These are 15 cases located in project areas with reclaimed land, but after many petitions, the homeowners did not approve the handover of the site. Ho Chi Minh City Police investigate the case of " mistakenly building" nearly 50 houses on other people's land

The number of people with bread poisoning in Ho Chi Minh City continues to increase
On November 12, the Department of Medical Affairs - Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health said that as of 12:00 on the same day, hospitals had received 316 cases of digestive disorders after eating bread at the system of Ms. Bich's toad bread shop.
Of which, 252 cases have been discharged from the hospital, while 64 cases are being treated at hospitals, with stable health.
