Road 991 (from National Highway 51 to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4) over 10 km long will be upgraded and expanded to 6 lanes, with a total investment of over VND 8,300 billion, divided into two sections:
Section 1 is 3.13 km long, from National Highway 51 (Phu My Ward) to the intersection with Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway (Tan Thanh Ward).
Section 2 is 6.96km long, connecting from the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway intersection to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, passing through Tan Thanh ward.
The road will be expanded to 57 m, initially to 4 lanes for motor vehicles, 2 parallel lanes, the land in the middle will be reserved for future expansion. See more...
