Ho Chi Minh City assigns people in charge of the Traffic Department and the Urban Department

Ho Chi Minh City assigned temporary leaders to the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai has just issued a decision on temporary leadership assignment for the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Accordingly, Mr. Le Ngoc Hung - Deputy Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board - was assigned to be in charge of leading, managing and operating the activities of this Board, replacing the Board Director, Mr. Luong Minh Phuc.

Mr. Hung will also be responsible for financial transactions and assume the role of Director of the Board from October 1, 2024 until further instructions from the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. During his tenure in this position, Mr. Hung will receive a leadership allowance coefficient of 1.0.

At the same time, Mr. Tran Nhu Quoc Bao - Deputy Director of the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board - was also assigned to be in charge of leading, managing and operating the activities of this Board, including performing financial transactions and the duties of the Board Director from October 1, 2024. The Director of this Board is Mr. Bui Thanh Tan.

Similarly, Mr. Bao will enjoy a leadership position allowance coefficient of 1.0 during his time as a leader at the Board.

This decision aims to ensure that the operations of the Project Management Boards continue to run smoothly, undertaking important tasks in investing and developing the transport and urban infrastructure of Ho Chi Minh City.
